Brideio – Terms of Use

1. Service Description

Brideio allows users to generate AI-based images from uploaded photos.

2. Age Restriction

Users must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

3. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Content

Users are solely responsible for all content they upload to Brideio.

The service must be used for lawful purposes only.
No copyright-infringing or private material may be uploaded.
No pornography, hate speech, illegal material, or harmful content is allowed.
Users may not use the app to provide services to third parties.

4. Content Ownership and License

Users retain all rights to the content they upload. Brideio has a temporary license to process content only to provide the service.

5. Third-Party AI Services

AI operations are performed via third-party services. User-uploaded photos are shared with these services to perform the requested AI processing. APIs used may retain data for technical/log purposes; data is not used for model training or advertising.

6. Disclaimer

Brideio is provided “as is”. It is not responsible for service interruptions, errors, or data loss. The accuracy of AI-generated content is not guaranteed.

7. Account Deletion and Access Restrictions

Users may delete their accounts at any time. Access may be restricted or terminated for users who violate rules.
